**RESCHEDULED** Equestrian Campground Work Day. Work will still consist of campground improve-ments including tree planting and the in-stallation of corrals and hitching posts. The District encourages all those interested in volunteering to join us in this event. Free camping at the Lake Cahuilla Equestrian Campground will be offered to all partici-pants on Friday and Saturday nights, April 9th and 10th. Additionally, Park District staff will be providing a barbecue dinner on Saturday night for all work day participants. Harford Springs Trail Ride Horses and Hikers! Please join us for a morning of fun and sun in beautiful Harford Springs Park nestled in the Gavilan Hills in Riverside County. The ride will begin at 9am and end at 12pm. Hikers, please feel free to come out as well and explore the park at your own pace. Afterwards, there will be a “tailgate” potluck. Hey everybody, come on out to Anza for a trail ride with us. We're going to meet up at Pam Bowman's ranch at 10:00 a.m. and head out from there. She's going to be our trail guide and says that riding out there is nothing short of AWESOME!! Bring your cameras for the beautiful scenery. When we get back from our ride, we will have a BBQ with tri-tip and chicken. Bring your favorite side dish to share with about six people and we'll provide the soda and water for everybody. Fallbrook Riders Field is hosting an Open House and 60 th Birthday Celebration on Sunday, April 25, 2010 for the public. This is your chance to bring your horse and check out our fabulous facilities for FREE! The hours for this event will be from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm. Please plan to spend all day with us, as we will have equestrian games and birthday cake starting at approximately 12:00 pm. We will have easy, safe timed events for all riding levels and disciplines, including lead line. We will also have a trail course event. Our games are $1.00 per events. Creekside Veterinary Services will also be offering a clinic that day for your equine and canine friends from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
