or consumers for use of this directory service. It is Free of
Charge. AT some point in time this may change.
Directory Categories include but may not be limited
to:
Classified Ads, Products and Services, Event Calendars,
Articles and Bulletins.
SoCalEquine.com also offers website services.
For Businesses located out of the state of California,
USA, please contact us about advertising rate in this directory.
Southern California Equestrian Directory requests
a reciprocating link from those posted to this directory site.
2) Site Rules:
SoCalEquine.Com is offering a site useable to all
ages. For this reason, SoCalEquine.Com set forth these site rules.
Keep it clean, no pornography, prostitution, gambling or illegal
drugs allowed If it is illegal in the physical world, its illegal
in our cyber world! If a user or visitor breaks this site's contract
or any laws pertaining to any given situation within the bounds
of this site, that user or visitor will be band indefinitely from
SoCalEquine.Com's site. Legal action may be taken against
violator(s). Users and visitors agree not to invade SoCalEquine.Com's
areas private to this sites systems. This also is illegal. We
reserve the right to refuse access to post information SoCalEquine.Com's
Staff believes to be illegal, misleading, slanderous, erroneous

Users and Visitors agree and consent that the courts of
the State of California, USA will have exclusive jurisdiction
over any legal actions between you the user / visitor and Southern
California Equestrian Directory / SoCalEquine.Com, its staff,
employees or agents.
7) Terms of this Contract:
This contract begins the instant you enter
this site and continues until either party ( Southern California
Equestrian Directory / SoCalEquine.Com or user/visitor)
terminated it. If we terminate, this will take effect immediately.
Should user/visitor terminate, it will take effect upon receiving
your notice of termination. The terms of this contract may be
subject to updates and changes, it is user's/visitor's responsibility
to stay current on this contract. The provisions of Item 5
will remain in effect after any termination by either party.
8) General Points:
This contract is the gross understanding between
you the visitor/user and Southern California Equestrian Directory
/ SoCalEquine.Com, its staff, employees or agents regarding
your relationship to this site.
